As many of you know by now that Rihanna launched a new makeup line called Fenty Beauty if don’t know by now, Then where on earth have you been?
Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Primer:
The website claims that the primer is oil-free primer smooths away the look of pores, visibly evens skin tone and texture, and instantly absorbs shine without feeling dry or chalky.
Verdict:
I have used the primer with the Fenty Beauty foundation and also with other foundations but I must say that the primer feels more like a lotion that dries matte, has more of a pinky undertone that blends to natural tones but also has a nice sheen to it.
The Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation:
The website claims that the foundation gives skin an instantly smooth, pore-diffused, builds from medium to full coverage, humidity resistant, sweatproof, won’t clog pores and it’s not too matte and not too shiny.
Verdict:
Now I have tried this foundation on my face for 20 hours and I must say that this foundation does everything that it claims, by the end of the night when I looked in the mirror my makeup I was in place that’s including the highlight, blush and etc, the only thing that I had to reapply during the day was the Fenty Beauty lip gloss. The foundation itself has a matte finish with the sheen of a glow but I wouldn’t consider the sheen as dewy like the Estee Lauder Double wear foundation. The Fenty Beauty foundation is quite watery and it dries matte instantly so make sure that you blend it quickly!
Please keep in mind that this shade matches my face (Shade 305) but not my arm or hand. This is because the majority of people have different pigments on their faces as to the rest of their bodies.
Invisimatte Blotting Powder:
Online it claims that the universal blotting powder is a translucent powder that is a pore-diffusing, natural matte filtered look and does not cake on your makeup.
Verdict:
This is one of my favourite products from the line as this seriously is the lightest feeling powder that gives leaves the skin looking so natural and just perfect. It has a pink/white hue to it but once blended into the skin it is unnoticeable. This is truly a must buy Product!
Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter In Trophy Wife:
On the Fenty Beauty website, it states that this highlighter is a weightless long-wear formula – a cream-powder hybrid that instantly melts into skin and blends with almost zero effort.
Verdict:
This Highlighter is Life!! You seriously need to get one because the pigment in this something out of this world one light touch of the highlight is all you need and the shade suits all skin colours. Also, the colour is a pure gold colour with milled flakes and with small glitter flakes and glides on the skin like a dream.
Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer:
On the website, it states that this Gloss Bomb instantly gives a fuller and smoother look, with a non-sticky formula that’s super shiny and has an addictive peach-vanilla scent.
Verdict:
This Gloss Bomb is a blast from the past, the fragrance reminds me of when I was little playing with kids makeup in my room and it’s actually the first lip gloss that I have tried that does not have a sticky effect on the lips. This is a good product to have in your makeup bag for on the go look.

I must say, I was one of those people who were excited about Riri’s makeup line, But I think we all owe it to her to take a moment out and appreciate the 40 different foundation shades, amazing products for all skin colours and undertones that this brand has to offer. That’s pretty awesome.
